We have successfully completed the 2019 school year. The final grades were all very good.
We were only able to do this because we primarily have hard-working students, teachers and helpers, and then of course the generous donors in the background. Many thanks to everyone.
Actually, the older children should be looking after the goats during the summer holidays. This is a very hard job at 50°C. But thanks to the donations the children of the 8 - 11 class are allowed to travel to Kambolcha this summer. Kambolcha is a city about 5 hours drive west of Asaita. It is situated high up, so it is cool and green there. During this time they will learn English at a quality school.
We wish these children and their companions a good and relaxing summer.
